Terms of Service

1. Network Access Protocol

You may browse and request formulas for personal consumption. You agree to interface with our nodes securely and not attempt unauthorized root access, data extraction, or network disruption.

2. Product Specifications

We strive to provide accurate laboratory data, images, and pricing metrics. Minor variations in structural packaging or compound formulas may occur. If there is a discrepancy in your fulfillment batch due to a processing error on our part, we will initiate protocol to correct it or provide compensation.

3. Fulfillment and Valuation

• Submitting a request is an offer to acquire; our contract is finalized upon successful batch dispatch.
• All valuations are in USD. Applicable tariffs and transit fees are computed at the terminal.
• We retain the authority to restrict distribution quotas, terminate fulfillments, or deny processing access.

4. Transaction Processing

Capital transfer is required at the terminal. By inputting your secure credentials, you authorize our processing nodes to extract the total valuation. Fulfillments flagged by our security matrix may be terminated.

5. Logistics and Transit

Arrival timestamps are projected variables. Transit methods are available at the terminal. Please review our Transit Protocol for structural details.

6. Reclamation and Reimbursement

Reclamations and capital returns are governed by our Reclamation Protocol. Due to the biological nature of our performance formulas, we enforce these parameters with maximum compliance.

7. Efficacy Guarantee

SPEEDBUY MART formulas are structurally guaranteed to arrive in optimal state. If a unit experiences transit degradation, we will deploy a replacement batch.

8. Liability Parameters

To the maximum extent permitted by regulatory frameworks, SPEEDBUY MART assumes no liability for indirect, incidental, or subsequent damages resulting from the deployment of our formulas or network. Our maximum liability index regarding any specific fulfillment event shall remain strictly capped at the original valuation.

9. Proprietary Assets

All digital assets, synthesis elements, proprietary algorithms, and structural designs are the exclusive classified property of SPEEDBUY MART. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse-engineering, or data dissemination is strictly prohibited.

10. Jurisdictional Framework

These Protocols are construed in strict accordance with the regulatory systems of the State of Texas, USA, disregarding conflict-of-law anomalies.

11. Protocol Iterations

We routinely patch and upgrade these Parameters. Continued integration with our network following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new framework.
