Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility Parameters

You may initiate a return within 14 days of deployment provided the following criteria are met:

• The product remains entirely unopened with the laboratory seal intact.
• The product is in its original, unmodified condition.
• You provide the authenticated order confirmation from SPEEDBUY MART.

Note: Due to contamination risks, we cannot accept returns on opened consumables unless verified defective by our quality control.

2. Restricted Assets

• Assets designated as final clearance.
• Products that have been unsealed or utilized.
• Assets damaged due to improper storage or protocol violation.

3. Execution Protocol

1. Initialize contact at admin@speedbuymart.com or utilize our Live Operations portal.
2. Transmit your Ref ID, the target asset, and a precise reason for the return.
3. Our command center will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and an RMA code.

Critical: Assets returned without prior authorization will be rejected and destroyed.

4. Financial Restitution

Upon receipt and laboratory inspection of the returned asset:

• Funds are reversed to the original financial instrument within 5–7 business days.
• Original logistics fees are non-refundable, unless the asset is defective or a deployment error occurred.
• You are responsible for return logistics costs, unless we authorize a prepaid label for a defective asset.

5. Defective Assets

If an asset arrives damaged or defective, alert the command center within 7 days of delivery. We will dispatch a replacement following visual verification of the anomaly.
